Gabriel M. Haws
Since graduating from law school just seven years ago, Gabriel M. Haws has established himself as a preeminent trial attorney. He is a professional litigator. His dedication to preparation, zealous advocacy, and extensive trial experience makes him one of Idaho’s best.
Mr. Haws has dedicated his career to becoming a successful trial attorney. For two years he represented the School of Law at the University of Idaho as a trial team member. He graduated near the top of his law school class with an emphasis in trial advocacy. After law school, Mr. Haws was hired by the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office and immediately began a stellar litigation career. Since that time, he has tried nearly forty jury trials and specialized in complex criminal litigation. In addition to carrying a full trial caseload, Mr. Haws supervised five attorneys as a Trial Team leader and Unit Supervisor. He is highly regarded as an ethical, passionate, and talented litigator. Mr. Haws is fluent in Spanish and recently returned from Mexico City, Mexico, where he trained federal agents and prosecutors in criminal litigation. Mr. Haws is also a member of a prestigious legal society, American Inns of Court.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Haws attended Ricks College and College of Idaho on academic and baseball scholarships. He currently serves his community by directing a Cal Ripken softball/baseball organization; coaching youth baseball, football, and basketball teams; and dedicating countless hours to the Boy Scouts of America.
