Richard S. Bower
Richard S. Bower was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 2010 after completing a broad and rigorous education program. Mr. Bower earned a bachelors degree in accounting at one of the nation’s top accounting schools, followed by a master’s degree in public administration with emphasis on local governments and public finance, and then a J.D. degree from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
Mr. Bower’s professional work focuses on litigation, business counseling, and family wealth management. He will be on sabbatical from the firm for one year beginning August 2011 to serve as law clerk to Judge Dee Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
